Boennium Apartments are situated in a peaceful neighborhood that is conveniently close to both the city center of Ljubljana and Park Tivoli, which offers a wide range of sports activities in the park itself and also at the Sport Centre Tivoli.

The studios are located in a fully renovated old building on Jesenkova Street 3 on the second and third floors. They can be accessed via a lift. Each studio comes with a covered parking spot in a nearby garage.

The one-bedroom apartments are situated in another building on Jesenkova Street 8, on the lower and upper ground floors. Both apartments offer access to a private garden, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay for guests. Each apartment comes with a covered parking spot in a nearby garage.


To ensure a comfortable and eco-friendly stay, Boennium Apartments are partially furnished with recycled materials, including lovely pieces of wood that add a warm and inviting touch to the decor.

The studios have a size of approximately 35 square meters, while the one-bedroom apartments are around 50 square meters. Each unit features a well-equipped kitchen complete with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, and water heater. The apartments also include a dining table, a comfortable couch, and a spacious king-size bed to make guests feel at home. Furthermore, each apartment has a bathroom with a washing and drying machine for added convenience.
